I did the tutorial in PSP9, but I’m sure it can be made in other versions as well.

This is what we are going to make:

You will need this:

Photo City View get it here

A tube you can get mine here

A font

No extern filters or plugins

Ready? Lets go.

Take this clip with you, so you can see where you are in the tutorial

Step 1.

Open City View, copy, close original

Step 2.

New image 640 x 480 pixels

Transparent

Select all,

Edit – Paste into selection

Select none

Step 3.

Effects – Reflections Effects – Feed Back with these settings:

Step 4.

Effects – Edge Effects – Enchange

Step 5.

New raster layer

Flood fill with #070000

Selections – Select all – Selections – Modify – Contract 4 pixels

Flood fill with #ffa366

Selections – Modify – Contract 2 pixels

Flood fill with #070000

Selections – Modify – Contract 4 pixels

Hit delete on your keyboard one time.

Deselect

Step 6.

Merge visible

Image – Resize with these settings:

Move the image up in the upper left corner

Step 7.

Copy your tube, resize it, and paste it as a new layer.

Move the tube to the right side of the canvas.

Effects – 3D effects – Drop Shadow:

Activate your Text tool, I used these settings:

Write a text, your name or what ever you want.

Move the text in place.

Merge all layers, and save as a JPG file.
