I did the tutorial in PSP9, but I’m sure it can be made in other versions as well.

This is what we are going to make:

You will need:

PSP

Plugins:

Eye Candy 4000 – Glass

And:

1 Image

1 Tube

1 Misted tube

A pattern made from the image

Or you can use my materials

Ready? Okay let’s begin

Take this flower with you, so you can see where you are in the tutorial

Step 1:

New 500 x 386

Select all

Open the image Roses

Copy and close the original

Paste into selection

Selections – Select none.

Step 2:

Adjust Blur – Gaussian Blur, with these settings:

Step 3:

Adjust Ad Noise, with these settings:

Step 4:

Effects – Art Media Effects – Brush strokes

Step 5:

Open mh_mistedroses

Copy and close the original

Paste new layer

Resize 85 % ALL layers UNCHECKED

Step 6:

Open margit_shall_we_dance

copy and close the original.

Paste new layer

Resize 4 x 85 % ALL layers UNCHECKED

Drop shadow, with these settings:

Step 7:

New raster layer.

Close foreground color and set background color to #eeba8b

Activate your text tool.

Write your text and place it.

You may have to write your text in to parts, then remember to make a new layer

Step 8:

Effects – Plugin - Eyecandy glass

Repeat if your text is in two parts.

Step 9:

Image – Add border

Repeat but change the color to black

Repeat with color eeba8b

Image add Border 20 white

Step 10:

Open friendshippattern

Set your foreground to pattern, and select the friendshippattern

Activate your Magic wand – and select the white  border

Floodfill with your Pattern

Select none

Step 11:

Image add Border 2 pixels black

Repeat with #eeba8b

And repeat 2pixels black.

Step 12:

Now you just need to put your name and/or watermark on the image.

Thats all, you’r done
